추천 채용공고) 제주 하얏트: Corporate Leadership Training (CIT)

재작년에 오픈한 제주도 그랜드 하얏트에서 리더십 프로그램을 모집 중에 있습니다. 국내에서는 올해 처음 진행되는 것 같지만, 해외에서는 이미 진행된 하얏트의 채용 프로그램으로 보입니다.

패스트 트랙 / Management Trainee 프로그램 / Graduate Program 지원 준비

 

패스트트랙 중심으로 소개를 드리는 이유 중 하나는, 아직 국내에서는 생소하긴 하지만 개인적으로는 매우 좋은 프로그램이라고 생각되기 때문입니다. 막 대학을 졸업하고 무슨 일을 해야할지 모르겠다는 생각이 들 때 관심 있는 업계에서 하는 프로그램으로 커리어를 시작하게 되면 짧은 시간 동안 여러가지 직무를 경험해 볼 수 있습니다. 

 

하얏트에서 모집하는 이번 CIT 프로그램 또한, 12개월 ~ 24개월 진행이 되는데, 개인의 성장 니즈 또는 이전의 경험을 강화할 수 있는 형태로 운영이 된다고 합니다. 개인의 성장 니즈가 강조되고 있지만, 이런 프로그램이 끝나면서는 보통 마지막에 회사의 비즈니스 니즈도 함께 고려해서 (당연하지만요!) 포지션이 주어지게 됩니다.

주요 자격 사항에서 눈에 띄는 특이사항은 없습니다. 영어의 경우 기본적으로 필요하고, 한국 (제주도) 에서 근무가 가능해야 합니다. 보통 외국계에서 이렇게 명시해 두는 이유는, 인사팀에서 공통적으로 채용 기본 조건으로 내세우는 경우가 있어서 입니다. 

이전에 유관 경험 인턴십 또는 업무 경험이 있다면 우대조건이 되지만, 필수는 아니기에, 없지만 호텔업에 관심이 있다면 지원 충분히 가능합니다. 졸업생을 기본으로 채용하지만, 1~2년 정도의 업무 경력이 있지만 새롭게 도전해보고 싶다면 크게 상관은 없을 것 같습니다.
